Report a case

Every case added here is someone’s scenario that won’t be repeated. You can submit under your name or anonymously — but the case itself must name the diver involved and point to a source.

Ground rules. This is an open database: cases are published with the name of the diver involved. Give a source — a link to a news story, report or post; if you are a witness or the diver, you are the source. You may stay anonymous as the submitter: leave the “your name” field empty. Every submission is reviewed by a moderator before publication.
